DEVELOPER UPDATE · SEPTEMBER 30, 2026
More control over Android, without root.
I'm Richard, the developer behind DPHMS. The project uses Shizuku for shell-level Android tools. Start with the free Lite edition before choosing a paid toolkit.
Helper v1.4.1: use the network as-is (now v1.4.3)
Helper can now work on whatever Wi-Fi you are already on. Tick "Use network as-is" and when a splash page appears, Helper taps its own "use network as is / without internet" option by itself. If the page has no such option, it logs in with the username and password you saved. It only handles plain HTML forms. JavaScript portals, CAPTCHAs and SMS-code pages are reported as unsupported, never as success.

Direct modem presets for LTE, 5G/LTE, and 5G-only, selected by SIM slot. A read-back button and a separately confirmed three-second radio reset make the workflow clearer. Carrier restrictions still apply; radio changes interrupt connectivity.
NetGuard · $1.99One purchase, two toolkits
The $4.99 bundle includes Pro+ with the Dr.PHMS AI Terminal, NetGuard, and source downloads. No subscription. Shizuku setup and device compatibility still matter.

The $0.49 companion monitors Shizuku and attempts recovery. Its new description page explains permissions, setup, battery use, and modern Android's reconnection limits.
